"Excellent pool. Layout of villa was good. Had a nice shower. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very responsive, kind and friendly staff. Liked the shuttle to the mall and beach. Enjoyed our stay!"

"me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...

"I like the Bus Stop is near from hotel a lot of little thai Restaurants and a 7 Eleven. My wish for the next stay in the dinning room is a Toaster and a spending tank with orange juice. The hotel is very nice and modern. The stuff is very nice and accommodating. The housekeeping works good."

"We stayed at this property July 10-18 this hotel was very quiet not anything going on. Just relax swim, gym or a peace of mind. The breakfast was included with our stay. Not sure if that’s for everyone. It was very close to the mall. We literally walked there every day. They kept running out of ice. It was pretty far from a lot of activities. So if you looking for do more activities just be mindful you will have to travel a little distance. Overall it was a good hotel. Would recommend for people...

"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. They have free coffee, tea, toast, and jelly available for breakfast. They communicate via WhatsApp also. Would definitely...

"Very high value for the money considering I payed about 70USD/ night for a 5-star hotel. Rooms are modern and have everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Food was good in general and the breakfast buffet in particular was very good with a a lot of variety from day to day. "I had a wonderful 1 night stay at Chez Charly during Songkran. The place is very close to the airport, and it’s a nice 1 mile walk to Naiyang beach. Chez Charly is bright and beautiful and full of greenery. So lovely to wake up to! And the hosts are absolute gems. So accommodating! I would definitely stay here again. :D P.S. I highly recommend the upstairs room with the balcony. ^-^"
