"The room definitely needs a deep clean. The linens were not clean on the bed underneath the top sheet and the floor/windows definitely needed a deep clean. We had expected more for what is quite an expensive hotel."

"We stayed in a rooftop two bedroom suite. Very nice. Clean, Easy accessible. The lobby area is very welcoming with a great smell from the woodfire fireplace. The hot pools were enjoyable. Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of all the local shops and restaurants."
