It really is a special place for a holiday, you won’t find a better location in Banff than near the marina overlooking the sea with all amenities within walking distance. . Your holiday will be made extra special by the beautiful accommodation.

With 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms and space for 10 guests. The property is finished to an impeccable standard. We have afforded it every detail. The historic, listed building has been completely transformed with luxurious finishings . All the bedrooms are beautifully done , 3 ensuite and the other with a bathroom across the hallway, the living area is spacious, stunning with funky interior.

For nights in, there’s a wood burning stove and a full Sky TV package and Bose Bluetooth speaker

Head out, and you’ll discover a wide range of things to do, beautiful coastal and beach walks from the door.

Lovely house with a stunning view

We loved the house for its standard and location. The house is very spacious, exceptionally equipped (with a separate laundry and utility room) and very clean. We traveled 6 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty room for everyone. The view to the sea is just stunning, you could sit by the window in the living room and look at the sea for hours, sipping your nightcup. It's also a very short walk from Banff harbour, wide beach and shops. We loved it!

Amazing house and worth the money.

Booked house for my 27th birthday. Walked in and just thought wow. House was so clean. Had everything we needed. It was huge, just what we were looking for, was a shame there didn’t end up being 10 of us and only 6 but because just so much room. It was amazing. As stated right on the waterfront, beautiful beautiful views. Hot tub was great! Had all the main necessities you needed in kitchen/bathroom. Owner had all the information you needed in the guest book from the hot tub from places to shop and eat. Very quiet area. Banff was very cute to visit. Lovely walks. Would 100% book again for longer too. Two nights just wasn’t quite enough. We all had a great weekend.

What an amazing property, everything has been thought about, Would highly recommend, We arrived at the same time as Storm Arwen, House was lovely and warm and waiting for us to celebrate a 30th Birthday. 3 generations of family all enjoyed their time .

Family getaway

We had the best time. The house is beautiful, decor is stunning and the views and breath taking. The house is clearly cleaned to the highest standard and everything is provided and well thought of. Only a couple of things we would of liked is a little outdoor space for the kids to run about as the nearest park we found was a 1.1 mile walk (although it was a beautiful walk on a sunny day) and the check out time was a bit early having to get all 9 of us fed and the mess cleared up and everything packed up all before 10am. Could not recommend this place enough. Hopefully we will be back. Thanks for a delightful and relaxing stay.

Wonderful property

We rented the property for the weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. The location of the property was truly breathtaking. We couldn't believe how close to the water we were.There were 7 of us and we each had our own bathroom/shower which was amazing. We will absolutely be back!

Great Accommodation and Location

Had an amazing break in Old Customs House. Property has everything you might want or need to make your holiday great. Beach less than 5 mins away with rock pools for catching crabs etc. What more could you want. Thanks for a lovely time.

Fantastic house with stunning views

We had a great time staying for 5 nights. The property is spotless and the views from the lounge were outstanding. Facilities were great for a family with older children and partners. This was a great base for exploring the area and we can recommend Suds Surf school for stand up paddleboarding, such fun!

This property will not disappoint.

Excellent stay here with family, plenty of room, stunning location and the property did not disappoint. The owner was very responsive too. Missed a wee garden as we had dogs and children, the hot tub is outside but fully enclosed. Would recommend.
