This spacious and modern beach home in Bandon has it all! With beach access just a block away, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a cozy fireplace in the great room living area, and a wonderfully large kitchen, you will fall in love with this house!

This vacation rental is less than a mile south of Bandon city limits along the famous Beach Loop Road in the upscale Sunset area. You will enjoy an uncrowded beach with fascinating rock structures where starfish hang out. Just across the road is a stable where you can book a horseback ride on the beach or head into town for lunch at a fabulous restaurant and a dessert of free local candy samples at Cranberry Sweets. With world-class golf courses, art galleries, shopping, fishing, crabbing off the dock, cycling, and miles of coastline, there is plenty to see and do in charming Bandon.

You will find a wet bar and the living areas upstairs, where you can sit in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace, and watch some TV, which features free Netflix streaming and Pluto TV. Bring some DVDs to watch together, or access the WiFi to look up restaurant reviews.

A full kitchen has everything you need to cook tasty meals during your stay, which you can enjoy at the large dining room table. With a separate room with bunk beds, children will be delighted.

Two downstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including the primary bathroom with a huge, fabulously relaxing jetted bathtub that will be perfect for a rejuvenating bubble bath after a long day of vacationing!

You will also have books, puzzles, sand toys, and board games, and a laundry room, so nobody will worry about getting their clothes dirty while exploring the beach. To get to the sand, walk a block or so west - though you can also drive about two blocks south to the park, where you will also find easy access to the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a nice property. We enjoyed the open layout of the dining/kitchen/living room for our family reunion. It was a great gathering space. The kitchen is well outfitted, we were able to find all the items we needed to cook meals for our group. It was only a short walk to a nice section of beach. Less than perfect: The bunk room is quite small, not really comfortable for adults with suitcases, but would be fine for small children.

The house is very spacious and beautiful. It is not right on the beach but able to do a drive or a long walk to the beach. The only item we had any issue with was not enough hot water for four adults and the jetted sunken tub could never be used because there's not enough hot water that was kind of disappointing but the remainder was a lovely stay

We had a great time. This house is fairly stocked well. Usually I have to clean to feel comfortable when we rent a beach house but this one was clean and fairly well stocked. We really enjoyed riding horses on the beach and convenience of stables across the street.

Everything was excellent. Cozy space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchenware. Only complaint was the weak hot water, it barely supplied a 10 minute hot shower when no one else was home all day, and only filled about 3" of the awesome Jacuzzi tub I was excited about. With 4 people we had to wait about a half hour between each shower.

We had amazing 4 night stay at this property with our family! The location was great with easy access to a beautiful beach!! It was the first time our granddaughters, ages 2 and 4, had the opportunity to experience the ocean, and they absolutely loved it!! It didn't matter how cold the water was, they were all smiles and laughter. We actually felt like we had the beach to ourselves with very few people on the beach while we were there. It was so beautiful and the weather was amazing!! The house was perfect with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. We had everything we needed. The house location was close to old town and the guys had an incredible golf experience at Bandon Dunes!! We prepared meals at the house and also dined out at wonderful local restaurants. My only constructive feedback would be that we were not able to directly contact the local Property Management Company with a few questions we had after arrival. It went to a phone number that was not answered. We then called the 1-800 number. The message was taken, but no response was received back to us afterwards with our questions. If our question had been more emergent this would definitely have been a concern in my opinion! Overall, this was a wonderful, relaxing, long weekend getaway with our family, and we all loved the experience!! Very memorable!

Clean. Easy to check in and out. When the hot water didn't work, it was fixed within the hour. Comfy beds. Lots of space for families and kids to sleep on the floor! Would stay there again.

We all enjoyed our stay snd plenty of rooms and open spaces in the home to have several conversations going on without talking over one another. Easy beach access and shopping at old town!

We cut our stay short due to uncomfortable beds, mouse droppings, bath towels that smelled of mildew, and dingy furniture. Aside from this, the layout of the house is incredibly strange, and there are notes from the property manager all over the place basically telling you not to be an idiot. I requested a refund for the one night we left early, and never heard back from the property manager or Vacasa. This property is not up to par with other rentals from Vacasa. Would not recommend.

The house was large with a great floor plan. Easily held nine older women with comfort. Great kitchen with really large table for all of us to gather and play games at. Had some issues that were quickly resolved by the property manager. Over all good place to stay for larger groups.

We have stayed at this property for two years in a row. The house design is great for a large group, however they are severely lacking in towels (very few available and they are in need of updating.) Other than that, the house is in a great location and close to the beach.

We've stayed at a lot of VRBO, even some in the same area. This was by far one of the best! Everything worked, the place was clean, and describes accurately. There was plenty of kitchen items that we were able to make and serve food easily, even with some of the stuff we forgot (as always). I will definitely rent here again.

The house itself is a great layout for groups and had ample space for everyone. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is beautiful. Just a heads up that the road it’s on is a main thoroughfare, so you have to walk a short ways on that road to get to the beach access. With little kids, that was disappointing. Gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5 because the house could use some updates - beds aren’t very comfortable, linens were old and dingy, and some of the kitchen utensils need upgrading (the knives were terrible and there was no good cutting board). But overall it was a great place, in a great city, with easy access to a beautiful beach.

Just loved the place and it accommodated all our needs. It was within walking distance to the beach and a great state park (The Devils Kitchen - great park!), and close enough to town to eat out and purchased what was needed.

We greatly enjoyed the home. It fit our group of 10 easily and everyone was comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach. No beach views but good views of surrounding area. Neighbors are not too close. Large amount of parking. Well stocked kitchen. 5 minutes from most everything we wanted to do in Bandon. We would stay here again. Only minor complaints were a few too many notes around the house and there were no bathroom vent fans.

Very spacious house with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable . We really appreciated the big kitchen to cook in since all indoor dining was shut down due to COVID. Close to the beach and horse stables. Really enjoyed watching the horses walk by as they headed down to the beach. The complaints we would have is that the house wasn’t ready by the 4:00 check in. We were pulling a trailer with a side by side and it was very difficult to find a place to park while we waited. We didn’t get get to check in until 4:20 pm. Also the maid left a load of towels in the dryer that we had to fold.
