"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "We were so impressed with this home. Plenty of room for our family to visit with our airman. Furniture & Beds very comfortable. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Hosts communication was great too. Very easy to get into home after a long day of flying. Definitely worth the money for a home away from home. "

"We were in Comfort for our granddaughter's wedding at the Haven River Inn. We just just minutes away from the Inn and enjoyed being able to participate in all the events of the weekend. The VRBO at the Biermann Ranch was beautiful and perfect for our family."

"My wife and I spent a couple of nights and love the atmosphere. Secluded is a good way to describe this property and it was exactly what we were looking for.You have great views from the firepit area of the hill across the valley and there are good views from the front porch.But, the best part was the peacefulness sitting in the mountain breeze and listening to the birds and nature. "We were scheduled to stay there starting July 7th but due to the tragic flooding on July 4th, we were unable to visit the property. Becky was very kind and understanding and allowed a refund for our stay. We're going to give it a little time and try to rebook what looks like a fantastic property to visit."
