This beautiful RIVERFRONT and spacious 2021 Keystone/Residence (401LOFT/40 Ft) RV is nestled under large Oak trees with views of the River and is perfect for couples, solo travelers or a family looking to relax!
Inside, you'll find a spacious Kitchen/Living area with a cozy Fireplace and large Flatscreen TV (Streaming only/No Cable) making it the perfect place to relax after a long day by the River!
The open Kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances with ample counter space and a large Pantry. It is fully stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal and features a full-size Refrigerator, Gas stove, Microwave, Toaster, utensils/cookware, etc. Keurig Coffee Maker available with coffee, creamer and sugar provided.
The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's a Full Sleeper sofa in the main Living Area for extra guests. Make your way up to the Loft which has two cozy Twin beds, perfect for children or additional friends. All linens and towels provided.
The Bathroom features a Shower, Toilet and Sink and all towels and wash rags are provided. A Washer and Dryer is also included inside the RV.

PETS:
Small Dogs up to 15 pounds are welcome at the property but must be on a leash when outside due to other guests on property. The pet fee is $50 per pet (max 2). Please note that we will contact you after booking to collect for the fee if not already paid for at the time of booking via the Listing Site. Barking dogs are not permitted.
NEIGHBORS/GUESTS:
While offering a wonderful experience, the property does have nearby guests that may/may not be on-site during your stay. We believe in being transparent about our surroundings to manage expectations. Occasionally, you may hear or see other guests as they are also enjoying their stay on property as well. But please note that while our property is not necessarily completely secluded from other guests, we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, however it may not always be completely quiet. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to embrace the vibrant community that surrounds all that this beautiful property has to offer.
NOTE: The River water levels vary depending on rain.
RULES:
-There is NO SMOKING inside the RV ($250 Fee if evidence of smoking is found) Smoking outside is ok.
-Must be 25 or older to book and must be present during the duration of the stay
-Children Allowed (Adult Supervision Required - River Access on property - No Life Guard on Duty - Swim at your Own Risk - Not Responsible for Accidents)
-No discharging of firearms, open flames/fires (other than BBQ Pit provided), fireworks or ATVs allowed on property

We provide free unlimited Wifi, Hair Dryers, Bathroom Towels, Linens/Pillows, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish/Hand Soap, Coffee/Sugar/Creamer, etc.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest!
CHECK IN:
72 Hours prior to arrival the check in information will be sent with detailed information about the property, access, etc.
Guests will have a large private driveway with plenty of parking at each individual Yurt. We provide as much information as possible before arrival so check-in and check-out is a breeze.
I will also be available 24/7 via call or text with any questions or concerns. Please feel free to reach out if anything is needed during your stay to make it more enjoyable! We also have a Park Host on site 24/7.
