"When I was finally ready to take a shower after getting settled in the water was freezing cold. The head of the bed was closer to the floor than the foot of the bed. The air conditioner kept going off, and I had peeping construction workers through my back window! Definitely not my most comfortable hotel to stay in."

"The room was clean, however I paid for a jacuzzi suite, I did not get it. The bathtub backed up and wasn’t going down during or after the shower. The location was good, but the whole point was to get a nice clean jacuzzi room while I was on my vacation but I did not get the jacuzzi"
