"I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last few years and this will be the last time. My recent experience was very off. The hotel is starting to get rundown, but my main complaint stems from the little bar in the lobby. Every evening the whole lobby turns into a gross dive bar. People (not sure if they were guests or locals) yelling and screaming and being rowdy. The employees just sit over there with the bar patrons so didn’t even bother complaining since they clearly didn’t...

"The room 132 the beds were okay but the bathroom was very outdated. The tub had rust in the tub. The lighting which was horrible and the exhaust sounds the whole time and the socket both sockets in the bathroom. Neither one worked so if you plan on getting there and taking a nice bath or in the bathroom, don't plan on it. I told this to the lady at the front desk when I was leaving and she said oh did you have 132 and I said yes and she said I used to clean the rooms. I know exactly what you...

"Despite the Expedia "No Pets Allowed" rating, they were. On every floor and every room, with no attempt to segregate out pet presence. The staff was unconcerned to the point of discourtesy. We were told that was our fault for relying on Expedia. Breakfast was good. I had to bring it to my wife in our room -- where the the pet dander level was at least lower than the general areas. "

"This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times."
