"This property was great. Loved the subtle cute touches as well as having the super friendly staff! Being so close to the beach and boardwalk is also great. The parking spots were very tight, but we didn’t have any issues with other cars scratching ours. We will definitely be back! "

"Overall, we had a great stay. Only issue was some mold/mildew allergens in the decorative pillows and the couches. It was an easily fixed by covering the couch with the extra sheet that was provided and airing the rooms out during the day. Loved that the windows open fully to let in the sea air!!
Pool area was nice, the kitchenette was well stocked, and it's a quick walk to the beach.
Beware that shops and restaurants other than those in the Icona(s) were not walkable. Best to bring in any...

"Wow! What a beautiful place to get away from it all! The Oceanside cottage was a dream come true for our vacation. "Great hotel/condo! Very clean and fit our large family, added plus was two full bathrooms and pool! Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and was always close by. Very close to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. Would definitely book again!"

"Such a quaint little house. My husband and I brought our daughter and her two friends to go to the country music fest. The original house we rented got flooded and we had to find another place to stay. This house was just what we needed. We wanted to be close enough to get to the beach and boardwalk daily. We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were at the beach and festival. Having 5 people was tight so I having six will be super crammed. Make sure to bring cooking items, dishes/paper...

"We had a wonderful time with our family. We loved the location (close to beach and bakery), yard, porch and the outside shower. The garage filled with beach accessories, bikes and even a beach cart and wagon were SO convenient for us and so appreciated. The house was very charming and had plenty of space for all of us. "Great place, great location, amazing host!We stayed Aug 17 - 19. You cant ask for a better location. A literal block from the boardwalk, mins from Moreys pier, seconds from Mack's Pizza and many other "best of" on the boardwalk. Our party was 2 adults and two 12 year old boys.
