"The entire team at this prestigious resort were amazing. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax be sure to visit here. Film, the general manager is excellent and very welcoming. "Værelset var rigtig fint. Det var tydeligt præg af at være nybygget. Rigtig fin indretning og rare senge. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Rigtig lækkert poolområde, dog blev der den ene dag spillet noget høj musik fra baren midt på dagen. Beliggenheden er lidt fra det centrale Ao Nang, men der kan nemt findes transportmuligheder via fx Grab lift. Det eneste ærgerlige var at vi skulle skifte værelse under vores to nætters ophold. Der havde ingen varsling været for dette, men personalet...

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

"My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...
