Glamping Geodesic Dome Tent - Trout Stream, Fire Pit & Privacy +
Deep Gap
9.0 de 10, Fantàstic, (22 opinions)
"This geodesic dome facility is for the adventurous traveller. There is no running water, no electricity, a 150 yard walk to the porta-potties (very clean), and no cell phone service. But there is a running stream (supposedly stocked with trout but none seen in September), a dry shelter, a comfortable king size bed (bring your own linens and/or sleeping bags), 2 bunk beds in a separate room, a deck overlooking the stream with a fireplace and comfortable Adirondack chairs, and a large grassy lawn....

Fleetwood

"A tiny house may not be for everyone, but for less than the price of a hotel room it is an awesome experience. It is literally located on top of the mountain with 1 other tiny home and 2 small cabins. I can get to the cabin down a dirt road and up a gravel mountain in my little KIA Rio with no problem. The location is so peaceful and quiet with beautiful views and lovely sunrises and sunsets. I have also seen plenty of wildlife including deer but no bears. The home is perfect for solo or a...

"This was the perfect quiet and romantic getaway cabin for the two of us. The short drive up the mountain to the cabin provides breath taking panoramic views and the cabin is easy to find with GPS, yet feels very private and secluded. The cabin was very clean and stylishly decorated and all the furnishings we needed for a 3-night stay were provided. The owners communicated clearly and provided excellent guidance for enjoying the area. Can’t wait to return!"

"The location is terrific if you want to spend time in Boone and not pay for parking downtown. It's a nice walk and in the evening is well lit. We spent very little time in the rental, but it was clean, comfortable and although we didn't do any cooking it seemed to have everything you'd need. The grocery store almost next door was convenient for picking up coffee pods and a few things we needed."
