"The property itself is clean, great location and super comfortable bed.
However communication with Globalstay is not ideal. I received all check in instructions and once arrived at the property, Globalstay would not pick up to let me in the building. I phoned the number and after some AI prompts spoke with a human. She was unable to unlock the main door, only the door to the property unit. "The property is in an area which is not the greatest, and there is no parking! I was uncomfortable leaving my car parked in the area. The check-in was horrific, way too many directions and emails. I was on vacation, the last thing I wanted to be doing is responding to all the emails that they were sending with what i needed to do to prepare for the next guest!! yes they wanted you to basically clean the room, turn on the dishwasher, put the washer on with your towels .. i felt like I was doing...

"Unfortunately, this property was very different from what the listing photos suggested. The beds were essentially two foam mattress toppers on a steel frame and were extremely uncomfortable. The hot tub had visible debris, and we found blood on a pillowcase. When we reported it, we were told that perhaps we had bled on the pillow, which was extremely disappointing.
