Great for a girls weekend!

We came into town to see the Savanna Bananas play. Location was great, an east (.7 mi) walk too and from Camden Yards. The beds and pillows were comfortable, on the firm side. Place had minimal decoration and supplies but was well done. ( if planning to cook i would recommend bringing a good knife, oil or butter, and seasoning, salt and pepper were probided)The couches were SOO COMFY! Couches were great for relaxing after lots of walking around Baltimore. And finally I can’t believe the listing doesn’t make a bigger deal of the building’s roof. We went exploring and accidentally found it then had a lovely cocktail hour up there, one of the highlights of our trip. Cons: we ran into a little hiccup during check-in, but everything was easy once we had the key. Will definitely book this place again!

This property was wonderful. We had a great weekend. Binack was extremely responsive all weekend and check-in was so easy. We were able to park directly in front of the building on the street for free all weekend! Phenomenal location for walking to the Inner Harbor, restaurants and entertainment venues. It was great to be able to walk to Camden Yard for the game. Condo was very clean and there were a lot of special touches like supplying us bathroom toiletries (toilet paper, bath washes and lotions) and the kitchen was stocked with special teas, waters and even little candies. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back for a Ravens game this season. (also within walking distance!) .

Great location, comfy place to rest

This was a good option for our stay as we were at a conference and didn't need much from the apartment but a place to stay. There are no hotel-style amenities like coffee, but the fridge was stocked with water. LOTS of street noise outside - people, cars, and ambulance (hospital nearby) but that's expected for the neighborhood and easily helped with ear plugs/buds. Biggest issue for us was that we were 3 adults on different schedules, and we just had 1 key/fob for the building. We received a couple of different ways to contact the host to help us get in and out and neither worked from the building door, but we made it work anyway. We had an unexpected need to extend our stay by one day, and the host was quick to accomodate with no issues. We're appreciative for that!

Disappointed - stay at a hotel

Let me tell you the one good thing about this VRBO - the location. The apartment was dirty and dusty. The one bed - sheets we not changed because there was chocolate on the sheets. The kitchen was dirty. They didn’t even run a vacuum. The air conditioning is ONE unit in the living room. We asked about the bedroom air conditioning but never truly received an answer. There is no parking. You can park in the garage down the street 22 a day.

City Stay

The location of the property is terrific for the Inner Harbor and sport stadiums. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures It is a very basic rental, with minimal amenities. Being in the urban center of Baltimore, you hear all street activity at all hours. It worked for us because we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment.

Comfortable and clean

The host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to rent again!
