"I had to leave before breakfast was served 5:30a My original room was fine when I went to the front desk to inquire about a spare toothbrush I was informed that my room had been upgraded. Surprise surprise!! That room was larger and also very nice and so much more comfortable."

"Great stay for a home base during the holidays. The hotel was converted from an old commerce chambers building, so fixtures and old decor were kept to add charming elements. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and had more than we needed-we didn’t cook during our visit but the fridge/freezer/microwave/dishwasher were useful. "I was in Baltimore for two nights with my daughters to see Wicked. We loved the Royal Sonesta! The location was great - overlooking the Inner Harbor and walking distance to lots of restaurants/kid-friendly attractions. Our room was clean and *very* quiet, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom well-stocked. The indoor pool and hot tub were both very nice, parking was easy, and the staff was very friendly. And my girls loved “hiding” on the sofa in front of the window."
