"First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. "The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not "
