Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !

Yes its a beautiful resort! Rooms are amazing and housekeeping team is top notch-shout out to Helmy and Mohammad on the 19th floor! Front desk were also helpful and smiley! But the service level anywhere else is not representative of a Rixos level! Staff at the buffet, restaurants , bars are clearly not happy working there and it shows in how they deal with customers. At the buffet i asked to get help finding a place for 4 the answer i got was find it yourself. Several in between employees fight were witnessed by our family. And several complaints from guests to manager also in front of me, about issues with the service. If you complain you get extra service because theyre scared to have bad reviews but thats not what a 5 star resort should have as a vision and weve been to several Rixos accross the world; where the service is the center of their mission; this was by far our worst experience. The guests as well were not respectful; some brought loud speakers with them everywhere which is against Rixos regulations, lots of them were swimming in fully dressed attire, beach was not cleaned from the garbage you could find it in the water, guests drunk, cleanliness at the buffet was sub par; we saw people eating off the buffet plates with their hands. And fights between guests about beach chairs, spaces etc-Totally unacceptable environment for the amount of money they charge to get a reservation! Very disappointing experience from a Rixos- too bad because the place is beautiful.

For beach lovers, first in importance is the fact that this property IS NOT direct Mediterranean ocean front. No access to the ocean front. It does have a lovely beach with nice white sand, but it is on a lagoon fairly close to the ocean front. It, therefore, a more safe and predictable swimming environment. Super- clean and organized property. Helpful and polite staff. The breakfast buffet (included with some packages) is of high quality, has a wide variety of items, and is overall an excellent start for your day. The dinner buffet ($30 in July 2026) is also excellent. As a prospective guest you should be aware that there are no alcoholic drinks of any kind served at this property.
