"The cabin was cozy and well stocked with basic necessities. Communication with owner is 5 star. Information with how to get to the cabin and access the cabin were provided in details. The guide book in the cabin was very helpful. We had an amazing time exploring beautiful places and having a cozy cabin to go back to after a long day of hiking and exploring. Very thankful to the host for sharing their home. "

"Our stay at this location was amazing. The atmosphere was just right (warm/ cozy / inviting). Our host, Denise, went over all of the ins and outs, made sure we had plenty of wood, even delivered to the door. The location is minutes off of I-40. More importantly with 45 min of everywhere you may want to go visit in the area. Will definitely book again. Thank you Denise for a great stay!"

"The home instantly welcomed you with all of its charm. Excellent attention to detail with the decor, easy open windows, room darkening blinds etc. Communication & cleanliness were both great. Visited with my 8 year old son and we both loved every minute!Just show up and be ready to soak up the magical forest. "Charming mountain house with a wrap around deck and screened porch. Hot tub was great and kitchen details - like pot holders and corkscrew/bottle opener - appreciated very much. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). Very close to Soco Falls and Blue Ridge Parkway. A lovely secluded getaway that you won't want to leave. "
