"Very nice stay here. Nice part of the world & all staff were friendly!! Would definitely consider staying again if ever in the area. Breakfast was good but slightly slow service which wasn’t our servers fault as she was very busy & working alone. She was very friendly. Bar stayed open late which worked well with us catching up with friends. And the bar staff were great, didn’t feel like they were rushing us at the end of the night. "

"This was an impromptu stay as we had a power cut and needed to have guaranteed access to wifi in the morning. The room was a suite with kitchen facilities (hob, sink, microwave and fridge) and was very well equipped. As I'd booked on the drive there at 9pm the sofabed wasn't made up when we checked in, but housekeeping arrived at the door within seconds of us reaching the room and made the bed up quickly. "This is a really nice hotel - very well-laid out with good parking and access. Within the lobby area are various games and activities which help to occupy younger guests. The staff are very friendly and supportive and overall the atmosphere is great. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very tidy. We had an issue with disturbance from another guest’s room which, once flagged, was fairly dealt with by the hotel team. "During our recent stay, the ibis hotel where we had a reservation was actually overbooked, however the reception team were spectacular. They had already booked us a new room at another property, the Park Inn by Radisson, which wasn't too far away. They arranged for a taxi to take us over almost immediately and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the following morning. We are very grateful for the time, care and consideration the staff took to compensate us for the oversight on the booking...

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal, but due to local regulations the famous Shower beer fridge was not stocked. Not a problem, we just purchased beers from the brewery next door and brought them to our room. It was super cool that they had proper glassware!"

"The Chester is perfect. It is ideally located for visiting Aberdeen and for the theatres , shops and nightlife with plenty onsite parking. The rooms are luxurious ,spacious and very quiet. We have returned many times because it is always perfect and the staff are wonderful , friendly and ultra helpful. The staff truely set this exceptional hotel apart from the competition. "Location in was quite and we were glad we got room 19 which is on the ground floor [ no stairs ] restaurant on site and hot breakfast was very good .plenty of parking on site was excellent. Staff were very good."
