If you want a beautiful, quiet spot, right on the edge of Loch Lomond, then this is the place for you. It is quite remote other than the nearby hotel and the roads to get there are narrow, so not one for those wanting lots of nearby options for food drink (need to drive 20 mins).

Wonderful accomodation in a fabulous location

We had 3 nights at the property and enjoyed every minute. The accomodation is extremely well equipped, very clean, and in a great location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Lovely cabin in a lovely area

We had a fantastic stay here. The cabin is really well equipped in all areas, and there is plenty of space. The location is great for hiking - you can climb Ben Lomond from the doorstep for some amazing views.

Lodge 20 rowedennan Loch Lomond

There were 7 adult family members and two dogs in the lodge and still plenty of room The lodge is beautiful everything was perfect. We had a lovely relaxing time will definitely book again. Thank you to our lovely hosts for allowing us to visit.

Drei schöne Tage in Loch Lomond

Wir haben mit der Familie drei Tage in der Lodge in Loch Lomond verbracht. Die Lodge ist wirklich sehr schön, liegt am See direkt in der Natur. Es war alles sauber und bis auf eine richtige Kaffeemaschine (ist in England eine Rarität) und scharfe Messer, haben wir nichts vermisst. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 18 Meilen entfernt, was Doreen uns aber vorab mitgeteilt hat. Ansonsten hat man viel Ruhe, sehr viel Zeit zum Wandern oder man kann einfach den See genießen.

Well Being Retreat

I decided to choose a lodge for my new venture and holistic well being retreat for me and a few friends. After much research I found Doreen’s lodge in Rowardennan and I must say I was very impressed as were my friends who joined me. The comfort, cleanliness and location was excellent. The attention to detail especially was appreciated with the toiletries in the shower room, the bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch and surprise. The security around the lodge site was also very good and it was a truly idyllic spot on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. I am looking forward to our next stay and I would highly recommend this lodge for any holiday stay. Suitable for families, couples and friends alike. Thank you so very much. Regards, Kimberley

A Scottish break

The lodge was clean and very well equipped, Doreen, the host, was very helpful and answered any questions we asked, even though we where there when the storms hit Scotland you hardly noticed it in the lodge, plenty of room for 7 of us to relax and enjoy the surrounding area, we would definitely book again

Great family holiday

Had a great week staying at loch lomond. The lodge was great and really well equipped, very comfortable and amazing setting. Owners exceptionally helpful and friendly, very response to questions. The loch is great for paddle boarding and Kayaking. Highly recommend this as a family holiday.

What a wonderful stay here, couldn’t fault anything, the lodge was immaculate throughout and All the lovely touches like Prosecco and chocolate on arrival really made our trip, couldn’t recommend any higher, will definitely be returning, thank you Doreen xx
