We had to sleep on top of the covers with the drapes open and the window open just to try and get some cool air. Traffic noise and lighting from the parking lot affected our sleep. It just wasn't a positive experience. The hotel lobby has AC but not the rooms. We were sweating in the middle of the night. A major hotel chain in the 21st c. needs to upgrade and get AC."

"It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction."

"Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. Little did we know that the hotel was largely booked out by a huge wedding party, to even get to reception required us to gatecrash through their “private” BBQ held on the lawn in front of hotel. "AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far."
