"The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book.
The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future.
I reached out to the...

"The room was clean, and the place is alright. But 2 issues: My room had an electric shower and it didn’t work right. Same low pressure whether the knob is on low, eco, or high. And the water temperature swings were insane: it kept alternating between freezing and burning every 10-15 seconds.
And then the second point was the mattress; not exactly comfortable. If this was a hostel or a two-star hotel, I wouldn’t complain.
But this is meant to be a four-star hotel… I had a “luxury room” that...

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"I found the location was ideal near Grand Central Station. Every member of staff was cheerful and helpful. My room was immaculately clean with comfortable bedding and a great shower. The bar menu was very good value and as a solo traveller I was very comfortable dining alone there. The breakfast buffet was self service with very good choices of hot and continental style. I would go back to this property if visiting again.
Overall excellent value."
