"Hotellet er centralt beliggende i Kilkenny. God restaurant (aftensmad) og hyggelig bar med live musik. Parkering i parkeringshus 50 m fra hotellet. Værelserne er fint store. "I think your room type can really decide how your stay was here- we upgraded to the castle view suite and were obsessed with our room. Other parties staying on lower floors enjoyed the hotel but the experience was very different. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good food at the bar/dining room. All very comfortable. Downsides -no fridge in room. Could do with a nice painting in the bedroom. No safe in the room. Horrible brown Formica style furniture. I think a hotel of this quality could enhance the bedroom decor. However, all in all, a very good stay. "

"We loved Waterford and the hotel. We almost couldn't fly home from Dublin and we were going to try to go back to Waterford and stay at Dooleys Hotel for as long as we were grounded! Unfortunately, we were able to fly out. Highly recommend!!"
