"Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost. "

The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! "Great location. Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early, and we were very lucky to get a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit without asking. The rooms were clean and spacious. The unit was equipped with a washer/drier. We only spent one night there and didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it was equipped with all essential items. Also, if you forget to bring a plug adapter like I did and need to charge your iPhones, you can borrow one from the reception...

"Clean modern and stylish, everything in the room you would need. There was building work going on next door to the hotel, so unfortunately noisy and it may have been better for the staff to mention. Check in staff were lovely but the cafe and bar staff were not warm, welcoming or participating friendly, a smile helps a long way to give a better experience in a customer facing role. "
