"I was going to say probably the worst place I’d ever stayed, but I’ll change it to definitely, I don’t have a good word to say about my stay, the only thing I would say is don’t stay here.

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"The room was clean, and the place is alright. But 2 issues: My room had an electric shower and it didn’t work right. Same low pressure whether the knob is on low, eco, or high. And the water temperature swings were insane: it kept alternating between freezing and burning every 10-15 seconds.
And then the second point was the mattress; not exactly comfortable. If this was a hostel or a two-star hotel, I wouldn’t complain.
But this is meant to be a four-star hotel… I had a “luxury room” that...

"I found the location was ideal near Grand Central Station. Every member of staff was cheerful and helpful. My room was immaculately clean with comfortable bedding and a great shower. The bar menu was very good value and as a solo traveller I was very comfortable dining alone there. The breakfast buffet was self service with very good choices of hot and continental style. I would go back to this property if visiting again.
Overall excellent value."

"Clean, modest accommodations. No air conditioning, but there is a room tower fan. Staff very helpful and kind.
Perfect location between the Grand Central Station and Donegall Square/City Centre where all the tour buses pick up. In other words, 8 min walk from Grand Central Station and 5 mins walk from City Centre. Lots of great food options nearby."
