"Poor communication and customer service.
We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room.
Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere.
Alex, the guy we dealt with over the phone, was unhelpful and rude saying its our...

"The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago"

"We loved this warm and friendly little townhome! It was the perfect place for a quick stopover for our family at the start of our dream Irish road trip. The host was incredibly gracious and quick to respond when we got in late due to some car trouble and I was texting late with questions (and none of those questions were things that weren’t explained right or anything like that - the questions were all things I would have figured out myself really easily had I not been stressed and sleep...
