"Clean room a smaller decent breakfast and good coffee, walking was ready to restaurants and pubs and the castle. Cliffs of Moher was 58 min drive way and only 35 min to Galway 🇮🇪parking not the greatest it services a lot of nearby businesses my only complaint."

"A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...

"Spa works for those staying in the hotel during office hours.!irony when check in time for hotel is 3:00 pm and spa only opens until 4:30 pm with a 20 euros fees.Breakfast room is very busy with limited choices for food. Food not good at all. Rooms have pillows that are very uncomfortable. Don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel."

"Location of Eyre Square townhouse was wonderful and very convenient to so many areas of interest. It was incredibly clean and they did facilitate an early check-in. Although no one was available to inquire on our arrival day before 9 AM. The two bedroom apartment comfortably fit our family."

"the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. "We really enjoyed our stay at Woodquay Townhouse in Galway. It was very clean, updated and cozy. The staffless checkin went very smoothly. We were given clear concise directions prior to arrival on how to get into the property and then once inside we were able to follow the touchscreen directions on how to get our key. It was an extremely easy process. The hotel was located in a great spot and a public parking lot ($10 per day) was very close. My only concern with this hotel is that once...
