"The room was clean but it wasn't prepare for our arrival. The check-in proccess was a mess, the reservation was not registered and there was no one to help. We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage."

"There were 4 adults in our group and it was very nice that we all had our own room. We felt safe here with the secure location. The instructions to enter and leave the property were very good and easy to follow. David was very responsive to any questions that I had. We all had a nice and comfortable stay."

"The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service.
Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund."
