"Quaint place with quiet location. Older property, well furnished. Not as 55 friendly as we had hoped, sloped floors, very low toilet and step over the side shower. Primary bed was noisy with every movement and mattress, while lined with an egg-crate topper, not very comfortable or thick. Fireplace is purely decorative and many of the fixtures, e.g. towel bars, bathroom shelves, kitchen chairs and bench were loose or ready to break, with one wrong move. "We really enjoyed our stay. This recently remodeled home was very tastefully designed and decorated, and was well equipped with just about all the needed items to provide a comfortable and convenient experience. The owners were friendly and conscientious hosts, as evidence first by the munchies/gift basket left for us that really hit the spot for our family's late night convenience since we arrived via a late flight and were famished upon getting to the house, and later by Paul and Jerrica...

"The stay was very good. Everything we needed was there. Nice modern kitchen, although we didn’t cook. There is a funky, musty smell to the place. It would help if the owner would install a door to close off the basement to the kitchen. "

"Property as described, easy to find and communication with hosts was prompt. It’s deceiving when you approach from outside but it is as pictured. Decor cleanliness is spot on. We just need a place to rest our heads.. but it was a homey basement set up"

"Looking for a motel in Billings and found this just east of town for about the same price. Heading east in the morning anyways! Well kept little unit, very clean. If I complained about anything it would be nitpicking on little things that the overall experience more than compensates for. Will try to stay here again if I'm ever traveling that way again!"

"Lovely well appointed home within walking distance to St Vincent’s Hospital and Billings Clinic. Very comfortable with every amenity one might need. Excellent communication with the owner. "
