Ben Vheir Apartment is situated in the West Highlands of Scotland near Glencoe and enjoys stunning views of Loch Linnhe and the mountains.

The apartment is completely self-contained and has been finished to a very high standard, maintaining the character and style of this beautiful building. The apartment is well equipped and is spacious throughout. The kitchen and living area are open plan, enjoying views of the loch and mountains. Comfortable king size bed, luxury shower, TV, wi-fi, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. The living area is spacious with large & comfortable leather sofa and armchair, TV, and wood burner fire for cosy nights in. The breakfast bar also offers enough space to comfortably enjoy your meals. The kitchen has all the facilities you need to cook if you would like to during your stay. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed and the living room offers exceptional views across the loch and to the mountains beyond. There is one shared EV charging point on the property which is available to be used subject to availability. There is a fee for its use.

I'm not sure why VRBO demands a skiing rating--we were there in Oct. But the pictures make this apartment feel much narrower than it is. It's very spacious with a big kitchen. Pretty well equipped except for a non-stick frying pan. Decent little co-op in Ballachulish. We spent each evening staring out at the amazing view and two days in a row touring Glen Coe and Glen Etive. Great landing spot with friendly, super-responsive hosts.

We arrived to find a lovely view of the water right outside of the large windows and a bench outside to enjoy the scenery. The place was immaculate, in great shape, and very comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen pots and pans for cooking. Plenty of hot water and the heating was appropriate for this time of the year. We really appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the shower. The washer/dryer combo with an additional drying rack worked well for our needs. It was so quiet every moment that we were there. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with amazing views of the mountains and the lake. Nice and really clean, good bed, fireplace, and even a small garden for our use.Also the location was excellent – it was easy to drive to Oban, Fort William and Glencoe.We would definitely come again, I miss the view already!One small thing – it would be nice to have some kind of contact with the host before or upon arrival (except check- in instructions), especially when visiting Scotland for the first time. It always makes the visit feel more personal.

Great property!

We have traveled extensively and used VRBO most of the time. This property was one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view from the living area and the wood stove was a nice bonus. Easy access to hiking from the rental. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 3 nights Property is as described; beautiful location and views even though on a main road it is very quiet you do not hear the traffic. Accommodation very comfortable especially the bed ! Spacious lounge area and a kitchen for everything. Washing machine was handy but no dryer, couldnt find a clothes line. No toiletries in bathroom so do remember to bring you own soaps, shampoos and conditioners. We never met the owners of the property so it was a very private stay.Golf course a 3min walk and it is a great 9 hole.

Beautiful apartment

5 night stay in July. Weather was ‘varied’, but the apartment made up for it. Beautifully maintained inside; views are stunning from lounge window. Bed is firm and we both slept like logs. Wood fire in the lounge which gave a warm glow to the room. Watch out for chickens on the doorstep when it rains - they like to shelter from the weather! 😂

Location on the Loch was grand. Views were lovely. Apartment was nicely appointed and obviously well thought out. Quiet, spacious. Bedding very comfortable. Kitchen featured good appliances. Copious supplies of hot water. Living room inside was pleasant. Sitting area outside was sheltered and private. Would happily stay again on a next visit.

Lovely stay in a lovely place

Was a perfect stay for the two of us. Check in was easy and the place made us feel very luxurious. It was large, very well stocked and had a comfy bed. The kitchen was a dream-bigger than ours at home. Great shower and we really have no complaints. We loved the location to base ourselves close to hikes in Glencoe and activities in Fort William. Even met Monty (the dog). Communication was quick and helpful when required. Thanks for the stay!

We loved our week at Ben Vheir. The apartment is set in a great location close to Glen Coe. It is spacious and the view from the main room over Loch Linnie is beautiful and ever changing. It comes with our highest recommendation.

Warm & Comfy Home Away from Home

Had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at Ben Vheir 2 weeks ago. The house has the most stunning view of Loch Leven, located just a few steps from the water’s edge. Just breathtaking. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and spacious with every amenity you could need in the kitchen – all the comforts of home! Both the bedroom and bathroom had ample space to store all our personal items. Hot water was plentiful and quick to the tap. We did not use the wood stove, but the owners leave a binder with instructions to use it along with all the other appliances. Very handy. The TV has a broad selection of channels and the wi-fi signal is strong and efficient. I guess the only drawback is our stay was not long enough! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for your stay in Glencoe.

Beautiful location in Scottish Highlands

Great apartment and location! The apartment was big and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Beautiful view of the loch and hills from the living room. Close to pubs and restaurants, but you do need a car. Loved the luxury bathroom and bathroom!
