"Older property a bit run down. Biggest problem is the smell when opening the front door. Couch has stains and perhaps is part of the smell reason. King bed was good. Remote for bedroom is broken without batteries. Quiet area and very convenient for downtown Alexandria."

"The host was very responsive during booking and upon arrival. I had an issue with A/C and he addressed it quickly. However…..There are a bunch of little things that detract from the experience of the stay:* No chest of drawers. * Scuffed walls and baseboards that need paint * A VERY RUSTY shower curtain (C’monnnnn…!)* Used dry cleaner hangars* Towels that have seen better days* A COMPLETELY FILTHY mattress cover!I think all this can be achieved for /- 500. "The photos of the apartment do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment. If I had to guess, the photos were taken right after renovations were complete and several parties have been had since then.
