Golf View Apartment is a recently refurbished 4 Star Gold award ground floor apartment, located opposite the Rowany Golf Course in Port Erin. Appointed to a high standard it provides comfortable accommodation with ample parking outside.

Golf View sleeps four people in two twin bedrooms. There is also a south facing outdoor decked patio with table and chairs which is accessed from both bedrooms.

For larger groups this property can be booked alongside Sea View Apartment which is in the same small complex, and also sleeps 4.

Enjoy reduced rates for a round of golf at Rowany Golf Club when you stay with us.

Port Erin is small seaside town with lots going on, particularly during the summer months. Why not take a boat trip to the Calf of Man or a coastal cruise? Or paddle boarding, kayaking or sailing within the sheltered bay. For food and drink there is a growing choice of restaurants and bars, including a seaside winery where you can sit and enjoy the sunset whilst sampling their produce.

The Steam Railway runs from Port Erin via Castletown to Douglas and there is also a regular bus service which travels via the airport every 20 minutes at peak times.

Lounge: Located on the ground floor. Large screen TV, coffee table.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor, zip and link beds which can be configured as a super-king size or as twin beds, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe

Ensuite wet room: Walk in shower, w/c and basin.

Bedroom 2: Ground floor, twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe

Family Bathroom: Walk in shower, w/c and wash hand basin with vanity unit.

Parking: Parking available.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am. No problems with late arrivals.

Pets: Two well-behaved dogs accepted.

Baby Equipment: High chair and cot available on request at an additional cost.

Accessibility: Golf View Apartment is a single-level property on the ground floor, making it appropriate for those with limited mobility. There is a small lip on the front door.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.

2 Golf View Apartments, Rowany Drive, Port Erin

Firstly, communication with property manager was excellent...any queries were answered promptly.The accommodation, first entering the premises, was positive. A clean area of kitchen and lounge greeted us. A welcome pack was found in the kitchen together with milk, cheese and butter in the fridge. A lovely touch indeed. Thank you. The beds were spotless and well made up. However, when my wife went to make tea, the kitchen sink tap was very loose and twisted round..giving the impression that it would snap at any moment-flooding the kitchen! Obviously that hadn't been checked!! Then into the master bedroom with the en suite. After flushing the toilet, the 'small flush' button fell off and jammed. The only way to remove it was to take the button panel off. This was done and the flush button removed...obviously this had happened before as the back of the button was covered in old glue!! Another point was that the master bedroom was equipped with sliding doors (leading out on to the decking). But they couldn't be opened as they were locked...and no key available. Opening these doors was the the only way of getting air into the room. Also, had a fire broken out in the hall adjacent to the bedroom door, there was no escape!! However, the letting agent was contacted, the tap repaired, no parts for the flush and no key for the doors. So we made the best of it. I cannot, in its present condition, support the asking price for hiring this place but some TLC could change all of that.

Great Stay

Great property overlooking the golf course with side views to the sea. The apartment was very well furnished and ideally placed for use as a base. A short walk into Port Erin and the beach. Recommended

A lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was 2 minutes from the beach and overlooking the golf course. Great views from the rear terrace too. The apartment was well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable
