"Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations. So clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Hotel offers breakfast only due to limited restaurant facilities but recommended the restaurant through the gate. It was just next door. We enjoyed a beautiful meal and excellent service hence including the pictures in my review "
"La scelta di questo hotel era stata dettata dalla comodità nel raggiungere Mont Saint Michel e non ha deluso le aspettative: una volta lasciata l'automobile al parcheggio privato della struttura (a uso esclusivo dei clienti), è possibile raggiungere Mont Saint Michel attraverso una suggestiva passeggiata di mezzora nella brughiera - letteralmente in mezzo ai famosi 'meandri' - oppure in un tempo leggermente inferiore si può raggiungere la navetta gratuita.

"It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there was a fan in the room and when the windows were open it had a nice cross breeze so it wasn’t an issue. "Nous avons été charmés par ce lieux d’hébergement . Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal . Très propre , lit confortable et personnel très accueillants . Un lieux d’hébergement classe 3*** mais pour nous serait beaucoup plus un 4 **** par sa qualité d’hébergement et sa propreté . Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais ils fournisse un ventilateur alors nous avons été très confortable . "

"This was our base during our visit to Normandy. Located in a central location to restaurants and shopping, it was a lovely historic hotel. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan - which was great. Staff was courteous and helped with all our questions. Taxis are readily available to get to the train station. Will stay there again should we ever find ourselves in Bayeux. Exactly as described. "
"I do stay here 3 times a year but it’s busy. I don’t expect to be remembered but I was and that is welcoming. Particularly good as a solo traveller. I feel looked after in le phare. Plus I enjoy the atmosphere and location when having supper. The rooms are very clean. "

"Very unique hotel! We got to stay in the "stables!" It was beautiful converted into a nice room for 3 with a kitchenette and it was very clean. Do make sure you request breakfast when you check-in for the next day if you will be wanting it. This needs to be "pre-ordered."

"Wenn man das Memorial von Cean besuchen möchte, hat das Hotel eine super Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß dort. Für die Altstadt ist man ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Einen Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl kann man in gut 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, es gibt eine Bar mit freundlichem Personal und einen Pool. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel sind super, insgesamt war ich hier zufrieden."
