"La atención del personal de consejería es buena. Una de las razones por la cual nos hospedamos aqui fue que aceptan hospedar mascotas. Cuando llegamos al hotel y fuimos a la habitación asignada para mascotas ya desde la puerta habia un muy fuerte mal olor a orín que no se podía respirar. La habitación se veia bonita igual que en la foto. Nos cambiaron a otra que no olía tan mal, salvo por el olor a humedad. Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo sería recomendable que agregaran instrucciones básicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrónicos.
