We had a mixed stay. The room we were initially assigned had no shower curtain, and the shower head dripped all night, making it very difficult to sleep. A room in that condition should never have been assigned to guests.
The staff was pleasant, but having the initial room needing servicing, involved an issue with them wanting to work on the room which was frustrating.
While we were eventually moved to a much better room, the front desk experience also needed work. At one point, a staff member struggled to ring up an item at the hotel market, causing a line of guests to wait for over 20 minutes.
We booked this hotel primarily because of its high rating (9 out of 10), but unfortunately, our overall experience fell short of those expectations.

"Room was clean enough however the pool and hot tub were gross, things floating around and the floors were covered in dead bugs and balls of hair. Our specific room had drywall peeling/ pulling off the wall in the bathroom (no fan so I’m assuming from moisture). At breakfast, options were really underwhelming ..."
