Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all three levels of the house, the outdoor deck with fire pit, the private hot tub, and the 2-car garage. Please make yourself at home!

Our home is laid out over three levels to give everyone their own space:
Level 1: Entrance, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, 2-car garage, laundry room, and access to the outdoor hot tub.
Level 2: Main living room, kitchen, dining area for six, primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an additional guest bedroom and bathroom, and the deck.
Level 3: A versatile loft area featuring exercise equipment, a dedicated workspace with a desk, and a fun kid's playroom.

You may see property maintenance for snow removal, hot tub service, or other exterior property upkeep. These companies are busy and cannot provide exact dates or times. If you see maintenance on-site, there is no need for alarm. Snow removal is scheduled based on snowfall amounts and cannot be rescheduled. You may be asked to move your car to allow driveway clearing and shoveling.

Childproofing: No special measures taken; We do provide one stair gate for the top of the stairs to the 2nd level. Please note there is no gate for the spiral staircase.

No Parties/Events Allowed.

Our neighborhood has a 10 pm quiet time. After that, we kindly ask that noise stays indoors. We do have close neighbors, so thank you for being mindful.

Pets are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.
