We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. "Throughout our stay, the manager and staff were unable to assist the guests. We tried calling the manager several times, but she neither answered nor returned our calls. During our checkout, four staff members came to inspect the property before returning our deposit. The staff appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled, making the experience less welcoming. "

"Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. "The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Easy walk downtown and also very easy to get taxis. "
