"The property is spacious, well maintained, and light. It is well-situated near the beach, and the host was friendly and helpful (living with his family in the adjoining house.) We enjoyed our stay there.
Some minor negatives:
1. The self-catering facilities were minimal with only a microwave to prepare food and a minimum of utensils, all in a "kitchenette" the size of a wardrobe.
2. The TV could only be used if you already had your own subscription to Netflix or similar providers.

"The hall ways upstairs were full of litter that was not cleaned up during my entire stay.
The room was clean and small as expected. Staff was friendly to me"

"I found the Adina Apartment Hotel to be a fantasastic place to stay during my stay in Copenhagen. I like the fact that it is not in the central dstrict of the city, and yet it is close enough to walk into town for sites and restaurants. Also, the hotel is close to a supermarket, a restaurant, and a bakery. The Osterport train station is close by making taking a day trip convenient. And the room was very comfortable (suite) with a well appointed kitchn, living area, and separated...
