Large 4-bedroom villa with pool and wonderful panoramic view

Villa l'Amiradou is a spacious 150 m² family house with traditional charm built in 1975 on 2 levels with large 5x10 m mosaic pool in the middle of olive trees.
Amiradou means “panoramic viewpoint” in Provencal. From all levels of the house, you will enjoy wonderful views of the mountains, the Esterel Massif and the nature.
The house offers on the top floor a large 30 m² South-exposed covered terrace, a fitted kitchen, a large living space with fireplace, a bedroom with 140 cm bed with separate toilet and bathroom and a bedroom with 140 cm bed, ensuite shower room and toilet.
On the lower floor, there is a laundry room, a bedroom with bunk beds, a separate shower room with toilet, a playroom, a bedroom with 160 cm bed and ensuite shower room with toilet and a large terrace partially covered.
On the lower terrace, there is a large pool secured by a fence and a gate with swings and a slide.


Bagnols-en-Forêt is a typically Provencal village which geographical location gives you the opportunity to enjoy the weather of the Côte d’Azur, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea (beaches are less than 20 km away) as well as the quietness and the charm of the Provencal hinterland with typical villages. You will be in the heart of nature.

Many cultural and sport activities are accessible in the region: museums Musée (Matisse, Picasso, Léger and Chagall), music festival, Provencal markets, oil mills, Marineland, hikes, golf, water sports on the lake or in the sea, horse riding, gliding, canyoning, etc.

Bon séjour

Maison bien agencée et très bien fournie. Piscine agréable même si en contrebas. Gros avantage avec des bébés d'avoir une terrasse entièrement sécurisée (juste faire attention aux éléments pour les fermetures de fenêtre que vous pouvez protéger avec des balles de tennis coupées). Les escaliers pour descendre sont un peu abruptes mais une porte juste devant permet de sécuriser pour les enfants. Quelques axes à améliorer : Parc à jouer non accessible avec herbes séchées et non utilisable pour les enfants de moins de 2 ans et terrain de pétanque pas vraiment praticable. Dans l'ensemble un super séjour, bonne communication que ce soit avec le propriétaire et le gérant. Merci

Bonjour nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Bagnols en Forêt. Maison très facile accueillante et bien équipée. Belle vue et région très intéressante à découvrir.

Confort, espace, belle piscine, belle vue, village sympa, au calme sans etre tres loin de la côte.

Ideal pour un sejour en famille tranquille. Beaucoup d avantages : village, essentiel sur place, tres belle piscine, belle vue, proximité relative de la mer , arrière pays tres agreable La maison est bien équipée, le propriétaire procede a des rénovation régulière, certaines tres recentes , certaines parties, a l extérieur sont un peu vieillissantes mais cela reste marginal. Bonnes communications a distance et en direct avec le propriétaire. L accueil par l agent immobilier sur place a été en revanche un peu désagréable.

Beautiful house with a great view, nice terraces, huge pool

Great place to stay! Older house, very quiet and well away from neighbours, but close to a nice supermarket, restaurant and good patisserie! The upper floor is nicely renovated. Fantastic kitchen, great living and dining area. 2 small but very good bedrooms for single or couples use with 2 bathrooms. One new, other slightly older. Downstairs master bedroom with bathroom. The last bedroom with a bunk bed is ok, but is a walk-through room.

Lovely secluded holiday home

We are a family of four with two children and worked really nicely for us. The house and pool are not overlooked, meaning you have a lot of privacy. The location was lovely and quiet, with a village within walking distance.

entspannter Urlaub

schönes Haus mit allem Comfort, sehr geräumig, interessanter Aufbau, mehrere Etagen mit eigenen Terrassen. Hammer Pool. Alles was man für einen echten Urlaub benötigt! Sehr schön, vielen Dank, dass wir dort sein durften.

Lovely house magnificent surrounding

A lovely family house in the small village Bagnols-en-Forêt. We had a great stay, the house is very comfortable with different levels to sit outside and enjoy the marvelous views. The heated large pool ensures also in spring that you will be able to enjoy a swim. It is a short walk to the village to buy your daily bread and croissants, and a short drive to the coast. There are lots of things to do in the area. Kind hosts who quickly reply to any questions. Certainly worthwile to return some day!

Schönes Ferienhaus in einem süßen Ort

Lieben Dank für 2 wunderschöne Osterferienwochen an Eric und seine Familie. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Man fühlt sich auf Grund der persönlichen Einrichtung sofort zu Hause. Das Trampolin war viel in Benutzung und der Pool hat uns die etwas wärmeren Tage versüßt. Mein Mann, unsere drei Kinder und ich haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist sehr vielseitig; wir waren viel wandern, baden und haben uns an einem Tag im Ort Elektroroller geliehen. Es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht damit die Gegend zu erkunden. In Bagnols gibt es einen typisch französischen Bäcker und drei nette Restaurants. Auch der kleine Wochenmarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Am Ende des Ortes (auch fußläufig möglich) befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einer außerordentlich guten Fleischtheke. Alles in allem très manifique.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen: beim Frühstück mit Blick auf die Berge von der oberen Terrasse oder im großen Pool, der beheizbar ist . Auch die Umgebung von Bagnols ist toll.

Supervilla avec vue superbe!

De l'arrivée et de l'accueil par Gregory au départ, tout a été merveilleusement arrangé. Le propriétaire Eric a également répondu très rapidement aux questions. La villa est magnifique avec tous les accompagnements. Magnifiquement rénové, avec une très bonne cuisine. Bon équipement. Les lits à l'étage sont un peu petits, mais tout le reste est agréable et confortable. La terrasse, le jardin et surtout la piscine, magnifique ! Un must pour se détendre ! Il y a tellement de choses à voir dans la région et juste se prélasser et se prélasser dans la piscine à la maison, ces vacances étaient trop courtes, nous serions ravis de revenir. Amazing

We spent 3 weeks at the property. It was in a great position for walking into restaurants in village. A quiet flat road. Great place for a large family with 2 outside terraces. Kitchen new and very well equipped. We liked the Kitchen open planto lounge and close to terrace with barbecue. The garden large and great for the children to explore. What a great large swimming pool. We loved everything about this property and the area and hope to return.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Anwesen sehr zufrieden! Die Küchenausstattung ist nahezu perfekt, die Zimmer mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und die Bäder - vor allem die schon renovierten - sehr schön. Das Becken im Schwimmbad ist sehr groß und sauber. Zweimal pro Woche wird es gereinigt. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und eigentlich ideal für Wandertouren, aber da während unseres Aufenthaltes Temperaturen bis 37° herrschten, verzichteten wir lieber auf große körperliche Anstrengungen. Einzige negative Anmerkung: Es gibt auch heutzutage noch Menschen, die weder ein Navy haben noch mit einem Smartphone umgehen können. Eine Beschreibung der Strecke ab Autobahnausfahrt ( Angabe der Nr. ) wäre sehr hilfreich!

Wunderschönen Urlaub Juni 2022

Wir ( 6 Personen 24-59 Jahre mit Hund) Haben wunderbare 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Professionelle Abwicklung. Beschreibung genau. Sehr großes Haus, landestypisch, innen modernisiert, in dem nichts fehlte, großes eingezäuntes Grundstück ( perfekt für Hund), mega Pool. Das Dorf mit Bäcker und 3 Restaurants (2 sehr zu empfehlen). 30 Min. Zu Fuß. Supermarkt in 2 km. Ausflüge ins Hinterland zu empfehlen und Côte d’Azur nach 30 Min. Fahrt zu erreichen. Wer das Land liebt und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Perfekt für Freunde oder Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Mai. Letztlich nutzten wir nur die obere Ebene. Sehr gut ausgestattet, super Pool. Lediglich Schaukel und Trampolin brauchen etwas Überholung.

Une vue magnifique

Très grande et belle maison. Au calme, très bien équipée avec deux belles terrasses et une piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Très bien située, avec toutes les commodités au village de Bagnols. Les environs sont très agréables avec de nombreux petits villages à visiter.
