"We had a fantastic holiday weekend at this property - Two families (4 adults, 4 kids) stayed with plenty of room and amenities. This house could have easily slept more. Communication from the host was clear and prompt. The kids absolutely loved the game room and adults enjoyed the ample living spaces on both the main floor and the basement. Although we didn't use the pool given the time of year, the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were great! Our kids loved seeing the horses all around...

"This is our 4th time staying at this property and definitely not our last. Kelley is fantastic! There is a wonderful pizza joint within walking distance. Buffalo Trace is about 5-6 min drive. Poppy ‘s Bakery ( thank you Kelley for the delicious surprise on our door Saturday morning) is a must and we found a hole in the wall joint for breakfast not far down the road, Shelby’s. Would we recommend this property to stay… ABSOLUTELY!!! "

"Convenient location. Nicely appointed apartment, comfortable for four. One bathroom requires patience and planning. The ladies would have liked another mirror. No problems with AC or appliances. Plenty of hot water, sometimes too hot.Parking was a concern but we had no problems. Being forewarned, the stair were not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with no hesitation. It is the perfect base to explore the Bourbon Trail. The carriage house was immaculately clean.
