"It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding.
WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent."

"ホテルではなく民泊マンションです。警備員にポストの場所を聞いてキーを受け取り、
帰りはポストにキーを返すシステムです。朝食付きとありましたが、ホテルではなく民泊マンションなのでレストランはありません。朝食の件を問い合わせると、他の部屋 に行けば1食分を提供するとの事でしたが、6人家族なので辞退しました。朝食に関しては、近くにマクドナルドやケンタッキーやスタバがあるので困る事はありません。部屋の掃除はしてありましたが多少埃っぽく、また、トイレットペーパーがすぐになくなってしましました。補充をお願いしたのですが、音沙汰がありませんでした。"

"Great location right by the ocean! You can enjoy the sunrise over the water from both the living room and the master bedroom. The property was very clean and had air conditioning units in every room. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for the three of us. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and the building has 24/7 security, so we felt very safe throughout our stay."

"This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty.
The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...
