"Staff over telephone was helpful and friendly to deal with Room was smokey smelling and definitely older style. There were two used wine glasses not cleaned on bench and the plastic glasses in fridge were older looking and not fresh to use looking. The room had a television that did not work, we were told about this but after we had paid the accommodation at full price.
Bed was comfortable and able to sleep in."

"We spent time here 7 years ago unfortunately nothing has changed since then even the shaggy disgusting mat in front of the couch .The crockery and glassware were dirty the pillows ,sheets and towels look like they have been there since we were there 7 years ago .On top of the stay it costs $4 for every wash or dry for clothes .The kitchen essentials are extremely minimalistic overall it was a pretty bad experience for such a nice view this accommodation needs updating."

"Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked...

"I arrived then only to find out there were no towels provided. At 10pm, it was too late to request for it. There was also a lot of sand on the floor, and the fridge still had an opened can left behind from a previous guest."

"We were charged $221 for a triple room, ie 2 beds got 1 bed only. There were other rooms available; we asked to be moved to one of these, but the staff couldn't get in touch with the boss and needed his permission .He lived in Sydney .Other guests only paid $120 for their room.A clear case of being totally taken advantage of and ripped off!
The floor was unpainted cement and was freezing. The air conditioner was so old and loud we couldn't leave it on .There were no extra blankets,so we had to...

"Very nice and clean tent.
Spotless clean. Good amenities.
A fully equipped kitchen. A big bathroom.
The price per night for Greenwell point is way too high. I don’t think it’s worth $270 a night for a tent in a place where there’s nothing to do, it’s not a tourist place, and there’s no bar/clubs/restaurants at all."
