"Great little boutique inn with 3 rooms set in by the restaurant so no formal reception or assigned carparking. Quaint seaside vibe with superking bed, heat pump, Sky (no Chromecasting tho) TV, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, all the amenities. Set on the main strip of shops, cafes, restaurants and the bus route. A thoughtful welcome basket of treats and luxury teas and plnger coffee available + a minibar. Included in the booking was a $60 voucher for breakfast at the local cafe - great...

"Light falling out of the ceiling, bathroom door scraping on the ceiling, badly stained bedside lamp and cabinet door falling off. This was not a well maintained facility."

"Golf staff excellent. Need more food options."

"This property was amazing! We had such a lovely time. It is such a fully equipped accommodation. I can’t believe it. Thank you thank you"

"The unit was a typical motel but certainly clean and fit for purpose."

"Beautiful beach front apartment with thoughtful amenities of home."

"Good location. Room was perfect size for 2 of us for a short stay. We thought there was a spa but we didn’t see one. Stayed 3 nights and our room never got serviced."

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. There was never anyone at reception and hard to reach on the number provided. A chair was broken, only one lamp and bulb went on this on second day in the room and not a lot of cutlery (only 1 knife). One cup was chipped. Okay but not great overall."

"The experience and the views were absolutely amazing. Thank you again for a fantastic stay. If we have the chance in the future, we would absolutely love to come back."

"owners staff were amazing. Rooms were great. The grounds were lovely."

"A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did. It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony."

"Love it at Mission Bay Easy to get to from central Auckland and a lovely place to stay! "
