"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beachside Sunnyvale Motel. Colin and Tomoko were incredible hosts, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness. Tomoko welcomed us so warmly and was extremely accommodating, especially as she helped us at the last minute after our original accommodation fell through. "The self check in was easy. Our Ferry came in quite later than scheduled so it was a quick stay over before leaving the next day. Too short of a stay to find anything wrong but much nicer and spacious than a regular motel. Very clean. 5 minutes off the Ferry. The spa was nice and so was the balcony in our unit. It was nice to have a grocery store and gas station so close they could easily be located just by looking out the window and not involve following any directions."

"The location is stunning, we had a room looking over the harbour. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, dark curtains, lift available to get upstairs with luggage. I would have loved ground coffee option instead of the instant coffee, particularly because it was a more expensive room. Staff was friendly except the South African receptionist who checked us in and who came across cold. Great stay, we will return when travelling to Picton again."
