"2泊し、1泊目はシャワーのみの部屋、2泊目はバスタブ付きの部屋をお願いして移動しました。 写真にバスタブがついているものがあったため全室ついていると勘違いしていましたが、実際にはシャワーのみの部屋とジェットバスとシャワーの部屋があるとのこと。 予約時にリクエストを伝えておくのが良さそうです。 スタッフの方は事前に手配サポートしたいことはないかメッセージを送ってくれて要望も親身に受けてくれたのでとても助かりました。おかげでビシェノのペンギンツアーにも参加できました。 朝食はビュッフェスタイル、種類はそこまで多くありませんが充分なラインナップだと思います。 ..."

"因為落機後直接駕車到住宿, 而我未有在開車前查看電郵, 以致沒有發現酒店給我關於取房的EMAIL, 而最終因為要求酒店支援而需要徵收費用。不過這個是我的問題, 被罰亦合理, 反而很想讚揚酒店餐廳兩位職員的熱心協助, 因為到步後, 廚房已經收工, 生肉又不能轉售給我們, 我們只能夠買甜品, 本來都諗住要接受, 然後兩位職員好好, 將餐廳為她們準備的晚飯分一點給我們, 呢兩盒咖哩鴨肶 飯, 真係好食到沒話說, 十分感激。"
