We messaged the host multiple times through VRBO, called, and texted with no response, and eventually had to contact VRBO customer service to reach them. When the host finally replied, the directions were still incomplete. "Lovely quiet apartment close to the Baths. Amazing views and a bus stop not far away to both the centre and the funicular railway. There are steps up to the apartment and we found getting a taxi to the top of the steps and walking down was a good option."

"This was such a great apartment! It was roomy and well decorated, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The outdoor space was great! The bus stop and train station were nearby, making it easy to get around, and close to the downtown area as well. The Host communicated closely, and was very pleasant and welcoming. A great stay for our family!"
