Cottage with large terrace in the vacation park at the Twistesee, Bad Arolsen

We rent out our beautiful roof-only house in the “Am Twistesee” holiday park.
The house is in a quiet location above Lake Twiste.

The house has 6 beds divided into a double bed on the ground floor and 2 x 2 single beds on the upper floor.

Bedding is provided, but you must bring your own bed linen, sheets, towels and tea towels.

We offer a fitted kitchen with a convection oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine and much more.

A dishwasher is not available.

The bathroom has been renovated with a shower and toilet.

In the house you will find a flat-screen television and a radio-CD stereo system. There are also many DVDs and games that enable social gatherings.

The house has WiFi.

On the large sun terrace you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest and nature.

This is a non-smoking house and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Grilling with your own gas or electric grill is permitted.

Grilling with charcoal is not permitted due to the risk of forest fires!

Since the house is located in the middle of the forest, as can be seen in the photos, it can happen that a spider or a mouse gets lost inside.

The prices for the house vary depending on the season between EUR 69 and EUR 85 per day.

In addition to the rental price, there is a flat rate of EUR 3.50 per day / person for water, electricity, gas and WiFi, which is paid on site in cash.

The final cleaning costs EUR 60 and is paid in cash on site when the keys are handed over.

In addition to a table tennis table and a volleyball court, the holiday park also has a very nice playground with a climbing frame, slide, swing, etc.

The Twistesee offers a beautiful sandy beach (accessible on foot) with restaurants, toilets and showers, a water ski facility, boat rental and much more.

At the entrance to the holiday park there is a mini golf course and right next to the holiday park there is a "real" 9-hole golf course with all the trimmings. There is a very good burger restaurant here, which is also within walking distance.

In Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 minutes away by car) there are not only good shopping opportunities but also very good restaurants for every taste.

If you would like to go on bike tours but can't or don't want to take a bike with you, you can rent one cheaply and easily in Bad Arolsen from 2Rad-Brüne (www.2rad-bruene.de).

Sehr schönes Haus, die Terasse ist schön und Privat. Es war sauber, die Ausstattung des Hauses war okey, Ofen und Herdplatte funktionieren gut, einige Sachen wie Müllbeutel fehlten allerdings. Die Betten quietschen extrem, es wäre gut das zu beheben. Der Check-in war einfach, wir wurden telefonisch zum Haus geführt und kamen mit Hilfe der Schlüsselbox rein. Es war rund um eine tolle Woche in einem schönem Haus.

Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage im Ferienpark am Twistesee. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und Frau Schumacher vor Ort hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Häuschen war ordentlich und sauber. Allerdings sind im Küchenbereich ein paar Ameisen rum gekrabbelt. Da sollte man für die kommenden Monate vielleicht einen Ameisenköder aufstellen. Ansonsten ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Gewürze, Fön, sogar Eiswürfel waren da).

Wir waren mit drei Leuten zum Brettspielen in dem Haus und es war hierfür perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Finnhütten sind toll.

Großzügige Hütte. Neue Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Bad ausreichend, passt für 5 total, nur in der Dusche war etwas Schimmel in den Ecken. Schlafzimmer groß und genug Platz für alle Sachen, schade nur, das jeder eine andere Matratze hat und es nur kleine Kopfkissen(40x80cm) gibt. Terrasse sehr groß. Schöne Lage.

Ein toller Trip

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus war sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bzw der Objektbetreuerin war sehr und freundlich. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön. Viel Wald, Natur, auch Naturbelassen. Den Spielplatz haben wir erst gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes gefunden. Das einzige, was dem Park fehlt sind ordentliche Parkmöglichkeiten. Das ist allerdings das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Auch einkaufen im nahegelegenem Ort, war zügig und gut zu erreichen. Ausflüge kann man auch reichlich machen. Rundherum war es für uns eine schöne Erholung. Vielen Dank dafür.

Das perfekte Haus, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Wir waren gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern 6 & 8 Jahre in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen mitten im Wald am Twistesee und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war perfekt eingerichtet, nicht überladen, sehr schöne, hochwertige Möbel mit Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht. Die Matratzen waren top in Schuss. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Objekt bekommt von uns 5 von 5 Sternen. Die Küche hat ein super Inventar von kleinen Schüsseln über mittlere bis hin zu großen für Salat. Von Töpfen, Auflaufformen, Quicheformen, Kaffeemaschine bis zur Senseo Maschine war alles ausreichend da. Also wer Lust hat in seinem Urlaub trotzdem den Kochlöffel und den Schneebesen zu schwingen kann kochen nach Lust Laune. Die Terrasse lädt abends zu wunderschön entspannten Spielerrunden ein. Selbst bei Regen ist es im Haus total entspannt und man lauscht den Regentropfen, die auf das Dach fallen. Die Kommunikation war stets angenehm. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit man hat immer jemanden erreicht und wurde mit einem offenen Ohr empfangen, dafür ein großes Lob. Der Twistesee selber hat einen wunderschönen Sandstrand welcher zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten entfernt ist unser Tipp, wenn man sich einen Strandtag macht, kurz mit dem Auto vor zum Minigolf Parkplatz fahren, dort dann alles ein und ausladen. Es ist zwar nicht weit, aber durch die hügelige Landschaft doch anstrengend zu laufen, wenn man Kind und Kegel dabei hat. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wer in seinem Urlaub tiefe Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.

Bis auf die schlechte Kommunikation war es okay. Fernseher ging nicht, was bei Regenwetter nicht so toll war. Er wurde erst nach langem warten, 2 Tage vor Abreise eingestellt. MFG U. Quednau

Gemütliches Wochenende am Twistesee

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Jule und waren wieder begeistert. Für unsere Truppe ist das Haus mit seiner Ausstattung und Lage einfach perfekt. Die kurzen Wege bis an die Wasserski Station und den Strand am Twistesee sind von der Unterkunft perfekt. Auch die große Holzterrasse mit Blick auf den Twistesee laden bei guten Wetter immer wieder zum Verweilen, Entspannen und Grillen ein. Rundum für uns der perfekte Platz um ein tolles Wochenende zu verbringen. Wir kommen definitiv im nächsten Jahr wieder!
