"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

"The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket."

"Hands down best place to stay in Spokane area. Even better if you’re on a budget! We needed last minute lodging while traveling through the area with our pup. We also may or may not like to gamble and play video poker. We were also starving and it was 10:00 pm on a Wednesday. Lo and behold we found the Spokane Casino that was located just outside of town. Video poker earnings paid for lodging and dinner! They were super accommodating with our dog. Rooms were VERY clean and updated. Smelled...

"I loved the restaurant on site. We were so tired and having this option was wonderful. We checked in ate and went to sleep. The girl at the deck was friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name but see was so sweet. She has a special necklace she wears"

"This was a lovely hotel. The front desk girl was amazing. I had just stated a comfort suites in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the service and the condition of the hotel was awful. This is a lovely surprise on a weekend that was emotionally exhausting for me given my father had passed away, and I was there for his memorial."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very well served. The location was close to the waterfront Park. We biked to the centennial trail directly from the hotel which was convenient. However the wifi was barely working and there was no freezer."

"Good for a one night late stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend more than that. Property was well maintained but showing plenty signs of age. Funny smells and old aged carpet in hallways. Rooms are clean for what they are age wise, but definitely in need of a renovation. Staff was polite and helpful,"

"The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back."

"Our room was cleaned by Leticia, and it was spotless and perfect! The bed was so comfortable, and we didn’t notice any noise from the airport nearby. The breakfast vouchers at Dennys was really nice and great food. Would stay here again!"
