Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

We have stayed in many top-notch five-star hotels, and I can confidently say this was perfection from start to finish. The attention to detail in the room made the experience feel incredibly special. There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree waiting for us, milk and cookies delivered for the kids, thoughtful little bags of kids toiletries, and even candles to take home—details that felt both...

"This is a wonderful hotel with nice, friendly, competent and helpful staff! The rooms are small but my husband and I had two large and two small suitcases and we all fit just fine. And the room has a small kitchen the perfect for grabbing a few breakfast items at the nearby grocery to have breakfast in your room. They supply coffee and tea and the sink has filtered water. There’s also a small fridge and a microwave. In addition to the free bottle of wine they also serve wine and snacks daily....
