"今年１月に３泊し今回は２泊したリピーターです。 部屋も前回と同じでした。7階です。 【評価】は 接客：５点 掃除：５点 立地：５点 私たち家族にとっては満点です。 その理由は ①受付の方は日本語が上手で親切。 ②チャガルチ市場・南浦・その他のエリアに行くにも便利でコンビニも近くにある。 ③買い物・食事するのも便利 ただ１つだけ言うと、オンドルで部屋が暑くて 前回も今回も部屋の窓を開けて寝ました。 特にテレビの部屋はとても暖かいです。 冬場に泊まる際は、お気を付けください。 次回の釜山訪問時にも宿泊させていただきます。 "

"It was a very good and peaceful place to stay. This is very close to a nice area with lovely coffee shop and local adorable restaurants. The big coffee shop downstairs is also very handful for working, wifi is great. There is a kutchen where you can prepare your own lunch or snacks. "We had 2 nights at the Grand Wyndham Busan and we were very impressed. The hotel is great and the rooms are wonderful. The corner room bathrooms are really impressive and exactly as they are in the photos on line. We were really impressed with the location the views from the 19th floor across the harbour and bridge especially at night when it was all lit up. Staff very really helpful and fitted us in to the restaurant after we forgot to book."

"This hotel is nearly perfect for the price! Huge room, extra large bathroom, heated floors, and lots of amenities. However, the comfort of the mattresses is very inconsistent. I was traveling with my partner and father, and booked two rooms. While my partner and I had a very comfortable mattress, my dads was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We aren't picky with mattresses either, but his was near unbearable. His tv also wasn't working while ours was. If it hadn't been for these inconsistencies...

"The check in process was confusing because finding the actual entrance can be challenging. The staff were pleasant and efficient. I do think the property is a bit away from the typical tourist spots. We loved our room and the view was spectacular! "
