"We initially booked a 2 bedroom appart but when we checked in we found strange smell. We reported that and we got a bigger 3 bedroom without additional changes.
They need to perform routine check of the units and not let customers go through unpleasant surprises.
The lady in the reception was so helpful and responsive whenever we called her even late evening and the security guy was also helpful and kind."

"So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,...

"I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Before my stay, the host told me over the phone that there was a problem involving the property's ownership and said I would receive a refund. However, when I contacted Expedia, I was later informed that the original cancellation policy would apply because they could not obtain the host's approval.
