For groups of 14 or more, there is a second ADU with King bed in loft (over 400 square feet counting loft). This ADU has a coffee bar, fridge, microwave, and full bath. There is a optional Honda 5 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $1299 for the 5 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. We require advance notice.
There is a optional Kayo S200 2 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $900 for the 2 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. There is also a $500 deposit, that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to ATV. We require advance notice.
